About:
Born in Valencia, Spain, Luison has been living in Ireland for over 20 years. He is a graduate of UCD in Economics and Philosophy, and also holds an MA in Economics and a Diploma in Systems Analysis from NUIG. He has worked as a Marketing professional with a leading computer manufacturer in the UK and Ireland, and currently works as a freelance consultant and trainer with a Dublin-based technology consultancy firm.

He has over twenty years experience in youth work, during which he has been delivering leadership and character development courses to schoolboys and university students of various social backgrounds. He was director to a university residence near UCD for several years, and has been manager of a variety of youth initiatives and educational centres in Dublin, Galway and London. He has also had a number of years of professional teaching experience at a secondary school in South Dublin.

He plays drums as a hobby, and teaches music to teenagers. He is also a keen sportsman, playing soccer, tennis, golf and basketball as regularly as time allows.

Facilitated workshops:

He is a qualified facilitator for Franklin Covey, specializing in the 7 Habits for Highly Effective Teens, but he also makes use of other educational and life-coaching methods in his workshops.

Among others, the courses offered by him to students of all social backgrounds include: personal development, communication skills, career development, study & exam techniques, leadership, character and faith formation, volunteering, etc.

He also provides training and educational courses for parents and youth leaders, directly related to the formation of their charges.
